Constitution is a roleplaying, science fiction and fantasy convention run by the fans responsible for Recombination, to be held at New Hall, Cambridge on 31st July-2 August 2009.

Among other things Constitution is the 2009 British Roleplaying Society convention, and we will be bidding at MeCon to be Unicon 23.
